Hey Dropplets! (Sorry, couldn’t help it)
Happy Sunday. Let's get into it.
Authenticity is a competitive advantage.
Not a vibe. An actual edge.
Here is what the world looks like for everyone in your sphere.
Noise, fake, and constantly being marketed to. Every scroll, every inbox, every phone call...someone is trying to sell them something. After a while, it all blurs into one long stream of noise they've learned to tune out completely.
And then they meet you.
The one who tells them the truth about their situation, even when it's not what they want to hear. The one who admits they don't have all the answers, but will find them. The one who shows up like a human being instead of a sales pitch.
Suddenly, you're the person who cuts through all of it.
That's the whole game right now. And I mean the WHOLE GAME.
And before you say, "I already am authentic,” slow your roll and zoom out.
Authenticity isn't just being yourself on a Zoom call. It's consistency. What you say versus what you do. How you treat a million-dollar client versus a first-time buyer with shaky credit and income.
People can feel fake from a mile away. They can't always explain it, but they feel it.
And when they feel real? They lean in. They trust faster. They refer more. They come back.
In a market full of noise, being real is the thing nobody can copy.
Want to put this into practice this week?
I put together a quick 5-item action guide on showing up authentically in a way that actually builds business.
So, my friends, in a world of fake and full of noise, being yourself could just be the differentiator needed to beat your competition.
See you next Sunday,
-Frazier
P.S. Hope as a strategy is getting exposed right now. Tuesday at 11AM ET I'm doing a reunion show of Loser's Lunch with Phil Mancuso of EPM. You'll want to be there. Link to register here.
